Pets allowed on permission based – lease. Refrain pets going upstairs where they can do damage to furniture and 85” TV. Please consider neighbours and keep the pets and noise to minimum.

None, the location is very quiet with very a few people com9ng through from outside as it is no- through road to Maloney. Be careful about the cliff at the back yard for children and pets.

Yes ground floor has no stairs, note only one bed room with queen downstairs.

There is bus from Batemans Bay to Long Beach Parking – double garage, drive way and side garden – up to 4 cars comfortably
